If this is your first time seeing Verity we suggest you book in for an initial Comprehensive Assessment so that she may obtain a full picture of your health history. During an intial 90-minute appointment Verity will listen to your health story, and ask questions about your health concerns and what is important to you. These questions cover many areas of your life – diet, quality of sleep, stress levels, past illnesses, family health history, medications etc. Rest assure that everything you share will remain confidential. Verity will formulate a tailormade wellness plan, providing realistic nutrition and lifestyle recommendations in alignment with your goals.

Verity is available to give health and wellbeing talks in your workplace, school, or community group. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
